Raising Awareness of Autism and Employment throughout the year

Why are we doing it?


Just 16% of autistic adults are in full time employment. TRACK is supporting businesses across the UK to embrace the talents of a diverse range of individuals. In the last  5 years we have supported over 100 people into paid employment across a range of job roles, and we want to create even more opportunities. 

 

How and What? 

 

The 60-minute training session will outline what autism is, how autistic employees can bring a huge amount of talent to your business and how to support autistic employees. You will be able to take this knowledge back into your organisation and share the information with colleagues, so we can truly be a local area which is talking about autism acceptance
