Pathways for Recovery is a part funded European Social Fund, SEMLEP wide comprehensive employment support initiative focused on helping those most disadvantaged in our communities due to the impact of COVID-19.  We are a delivery partner for this initiative.

Every Individual has their own unique Pathway to support them. This could be getting involved in a social activity, practice Job Interviews or support into Full time employment.

So far we have supported 35 people through this project and supported 7 people into employment across a variety of jobs from Admin Work, through to logistics and retail work.
